U.S. 10-Year Treasury Par Yield Falls Nine Basis Points to 5.10%

On Oct. 15, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's 10-year par-yield reading was 5.10%, nine basis points below Oct. 14; September brought a 0.6% consumer-price increase and a 1.3% gain in final-demand producer prices.
